How do we get ourselves back into the draft with some picks in the top 30?

Clearly trading players for draft picks is the way to go.

How to do?

1. Look at current twilight or near twilight players that might serve an immediate need at another club.

2. Look at current players that are expendable either by way of limitations in skill or opportunity.

3. Get what you can for those that may have seen younger players overtake them so that opportunity has passed then by.

This last method might be used to upgrade an early 3rd round pick into a middle or late 2nd round pick.

My only concern is that everytime previously when Greg attempted to do this, he came back with more players and less picks.
