Emma is not with the team at the moment.
I know because she lives near me and I saw her going for a walk yesterday with her hubby.
Not sure why she isnt with the team, but she has given our club so much in the last few years....well the results are on the board aren't they?

Given what she and her family have gone through since 2016, if she needs time for them or herself then she certainly deserves it.

We owe her a great deal.
Wonder if this has to do with the soft cap squeeze

Footy is predominantly played above the shoulders at this level.

Peggy, Brendon, Dimma, Cotch..Grimesy, Dusty..the playing group buy in.

Mindfulness was integral to our success but all messaging has a shelf life.

Who is our club's next Emma Murray or Ben Crowe?

Who will be the next influence on our club's success above the shoulders?

Are u guys saying she has left?
I think I saw her leaning against the boundary fence alongside Bash in the Hawks match.
I think it was her.
Maybe I was wrong. Can anyone confirm?

She was definitely in the rooms at the Hawthorn game.
Cheers Hedgehog!
Unless the guys mean she didn't go with the team when we had those brief interstate stints.

Also Ronnie you might need a new avatar eventually if justice is served on him.
Allegedly. Allegedly. Disclaimer etc.

Dusty had some good things to say about Emma, and we would have to respect his judgment.
Hope she still is at Tigerland.

She couldn't be any worse than Paddy Naish so hard to fathom why she didn't get a run. I put it down to nepotism.

My organisation had an online conference today for all staff and Ben Crowe was the keynote speaker. He was outstanding, talking about the things that are familiar to us Richmond supporters about embracing imperfections etc. And I get a 25% discount on the subscription to his course.

Why's that? Was he key in bringing her to RFC? Specific connection?
I just reckon he’ll be big on getting the player headspace right.... some CFC players have the skills, just not the thinking nor culture... this is what Fly will work on
