Run the form line through St Kildas talent through the full list next to ours and its still a long way away.

Interestingly we matched up well against the Grand Finalists, but the beaten preliminary finalists gave us a shellacking each time.

Its seems you have to play a fair bit of finals before you can actually raise the cup so we may just be a little way of yet BUT things can turn around real quick in modern footy back to back 07 08 ;D

2009-2010 would be my estimate if everything goes well such as recruiting & injuries, it would be nice if we were lucky enough to grab the flag before then. I would prefer if the Tigers were playing finals on a regular basis than just a lucky year or two. I just see it as more beneficial to the club if we are regular finals contenders in the next few years, to get more supporters & sponsors on board when we hold up the holy grail of footy to show how big our club really can be. Also it will be great to show the footy world that the once feared Tigers were back bigger & louder than ever before.

YEAH!

Reckon you lot are all dreaming. Not saying I disagree with the direction the club is taking. I reckon they are doing very well, but it is just so hard for a Victorian club these days. After this Saturday, 5 of the last 14 (and none of the last 5) premierships will have gone to Victorian clubs. 3 of the last 10 Grand Final slots have gone to Victoria (and none of the last 4).

Nor do I disagree with the national concept, but as long as there are 9 teams in Melbourne, it's going to be a real hard slog for the likes of the RFC.

If I see Richmond win one more flag I'll be happy. And I'm 42.
