What development programs, specialised training etc. will it take to develop our mid-field brigade to the standard of the current West Coast Eagles?
The Eagles on-ballers have incredible explosive power, aerobic capacity, durability, tenacity, endurance....... whatever it is they have it all. Plus they have amazing basic football skills to go with it. They look so much bigger, stronger and faster than their opponents. Yet their height and weights are not dissimilar to ours. Check out the stats(age/height/weight).

Our boys have youth on their side. Basically they are about 3 years behind the Eagles group. Can we develop a mid-field unit over the next 3 years to anywhere near the current WCE standard? What will it take to do so?
