Maybe Michael Roach Insurance can come up with some sort of Life Insurance Policy (if reasonably priced) where the benificiary is the RFC, I know this has happened in colleges in USA where graduates take out a policy and the college is the beneficiary this gives the college a rolling source of finance, maybe possible
