Disagree, Scoop. Suits the stronger, tougher bodies. The ball inevitably hits the deck a lot more, so you need the blokes who can win contested ball, and can put the fear of God into there opponents, by hammering them everytime they get near it... expect pansies like McLeod to work the periphery in the case of rain...
I reckon you can get away with erratic and unreliable kicking more in the wet. Richo's standard of kicking could be the norm.
Doesn't really matter... doesn't look like we are playing in the wet at this stage.
