If we lose?

We are going in red hot favourites against a Bumbers side we have had the wood over in previous seasons and one that is clearly struggling.
We really should win.

BUT

How would you feel if he unthinkable happens and we drop this game?

Should be multiple choice. Will be a mute point as we won't lose next week. (I hope???)

I place Essendon on par with Richmond. Should be a close game.

If we win, great!
If we lose, well, that's disappointing.

Really? Eseendon have lost 4 games by more than 50 points already this year, 2 closer to 100. And they havent played Geelong or Hawthorn yet. I know they've had injuries but Essendon have ben far inferior this year.

Personally I think our form and our team is better than the Bombers this year and would be bitterly disappointed if we dropped this game because I really believe it's one we should win.

I never take Tiger victories for granted and I don't expect a massacre but to lose it would be really bad on many levels.

A loss to these hacks wouldn't just be us questioning if we'd improved, the whole AFL world will be.

Must win game.

I needed an option that was all of the above (almost)

They HAVE played Geelong & lost by 99pnts!!

Yes correct my bad, they have played the same 6 teams we have and Swans and Port as opposed to our Hawthorn and Fremantle. Although there is only half a game between I think the performances overall have been chalk and cheese.

so have the injuries

we will win easy but if people start thinking we are a good side because we beat a rabble like them they are kidding themselves

Disappointed and a little surprised. Every week there is a turn-up which is why tipping 8 right out of 8 is pretty hard to do.

:o Ok, this week was the exception that proves the rule.

If Essendon gets up against us I'd regard it as an anomaly that happens to some team nearly every week.

I'd keep this in mind as I was marching on Punt Road with my torch bearing buddies looking for the culprit.

Will be gutted on a massive scale if we lose to them.

We have come so far this year in guts and endevour, we have finaly got our heads right and playing tough contested footy just like the tigers of old.( minus the wins though)

There has to be reward for all that hard work the past 4 matches!

MUST WIN

depends on how the kids go an injuries

Can't agree CC, the Bummers have a shed load of injuries and we are basically at full strength. If we lose, then; Oh my god

If we lose to the Bombers in their current state, it will just validate all the crap they have said about us over the years.

I want their entrails littering the centre square by games end >:D

That's a heartwarming prospect.

Yes we must win , i am not usually the sort to lose the plot over one bad game(even the best sides have off days and lose to crap sides) but by god if we choose next week to put in a shocker and lose it will be a long time before i forgive this club..

What is it 4 out of 5? Lets make it 5 out of 6 and we can start to say they are our b*****

Only worry is that they are starting to get a few players back and so the side they field will be better than recent weeks , still crap but not quite as crap...
