Haven't heard anything lately about the state of Browny's leg. how is it going?

Saw him on TV at the end of the Geelong game out on the ground with the players.

I think I remember reading that Brown will start his pre season training when the other blokes are on their annual leave.

In regards to that rod in his leg, Is that due to be removed at some stage, or is that there forever?

From what I've heard, due to his trip to Paris, he starts training EARLIER than others for pre-season (likely only to be swimming, light running etc), and will resume full preseason training when the other return. As was stated before - if this is the case, from now, no news is good news.

For what its worth, Brownie (and a lot of other players) gets into the Torch coffee cafe on Swan street. My mate, a Richmond supporter, is a regular there too. He's seen Brownie in there heaps and always with a noticeable limp. But he was telling me that he was amazed when he saw him on Saturday without any limp what so ever. Brownie was also telling some old girl who was enquiring about how he was going that " the leg is heaps, heaps better now."

Brownie reads PRE ...so HELLO BROWNIIIIIE. :hihi

(Get rid of that tattoo too Brownie. Thanks.)

Hey Red,I have it on good authority Browny wants you to stop hiding in the bushes outside his house.

Stalker!

C'mon D-evo. You're getting me confused with Forcefield - who was sprung hiding in Richo's garbage bin when Richo was emptying his Chinese left overs one night.

It will come out at some stage.  He may leave it in until he finishes playing, or have an operation at the end of next year (or following year) to remove it.  Similar to Crawford having the op to take the plate out of his arm.

Leysy frequents Torch fairly regularly Rudford, was in there yesterday actually.

Muesli with honey & fruit followed by Tims breakfast sarnie...cure any hangover.

As an aside saw Brownie at my local barber's last week & he seemed to be moving fairly well.

Good news Jim Rockford. Let's hope Browny gets back to 100% sooner rather than later.

The girls saw Browny at training in the last week of the season. He still had a limp at that stage, but was kicking with his left leg.

If he's walking without a limp this week, that's fantastic :D Can't wait to see him back playing next season.
