Am I the only person here who thinks winning games will do far more good than losing?
We appear to have a real loser mentality amongst our team (and supporters). A lack of self belief and confidence. They need to be replaced with a winning mindset asap in my opinion.
A spot or two earlier in the draft, and who knows how successful the picks would be anyway, can't compare to the benefits of having players giving 100% and having to play really well to earn and keep their spots.
It's time Richmond stopped being the laughing stock and gave the rest of the league plenty to think about. The next 11 games can really help set up our mentality and belief for next season. A new culture is needed and there's no better time to start than now.
