He has kicked a few goals in practice games, from limited opportunities.

He is a great shot for goal

He is a good mark

He is a bit short and light

He has fantastic attitude on field. Sledges defenders, scrags goals by any means fair or foul.

Of course 'we need to see him prove himself at Coburg' yada yada, but what I am saying is there could be a real role for him. At worst he would add entertainment to the forwardline. To me his plays a similar role to Pettifer, but with very different technique.

Admits he has great hands and often takes a one grab mark.very solid in that area.
Unfourtantly he is an in between size.Not small enough for a mid and not tall for a KPP.Unless he do a "Dunstall" then IMO his days are numbered.

Assuming the club site is right i think 192 cms is tall enough for a full forward type , or even full back...

Impressed me (one of the few 'white' team along with White) in the intraclub.

He might be listed as 192cm but he was standing next to and didn't look any taller than Lids, than who of course isn't tiny but a large midfeilder rather than a true KPP. At one stage he was next to I beleive Stafford & Jay and looked quite small.

At this stage I doubt he will be a true FF and does indeed look that inbetween size, maybe more a future 3rd tall/pocket prospect. Then again if he is listed as 192, maybe grows another little bit and gets some bulk about him we might be thinking differently come 2008ish?

Yes, but he was playing in a pretty average side and for most the year he was the focal point.

He may end up playing like O'Keefe of the Swans (in our dreams) who is 190 cm and too small for a key position but runs his legs off across half forward.

Limbach is apparently the 'ring leader' of the young blokes.

I like reading that he scraps for goals and sledges the defenders. Good on him.

from the small passages of play that i saw him against gaspar in the practice match - i liked him
he didnt do a lot and had little opportunity with no supply, i would have like to see him swap sides when stafford crossed over
i agree about his size and maybe he is a tad short for KPP but he has something this kid, i just hope we get to see it in the next year or so

Jay,mentioned at Club80 by the players that he is a real character around the club.Good for a laugh & good fun.Positive stuff which helps create a good off field enviroment.

He didn't look like he wanted to be out there... the only mark he took was uncontested when he was hopelessly out of position (standing a couple of metres beind gaspar with his hands on his hips) and the ball was sprayed across the face of goal.

He definitely shirked two contests as well.

He needs to retain the belief in himself he had as a junior. Maybe then he will start to make a serious impact at VFL reserves level.

The RFC needs more outgoing types with a bit of cockyness. It was encouraging to hear a couple of months ago thatthe penny has dropped.I hope he makes it but time will tell. Like a few others he's got to start showing real improvement to justify his spot on the list.

Ive been saying this for a few months that i think he will be our next full-forward, One thing i always find funny about Dean is that he gives the ball a spray when he misses a goal badly ;D.
