That was farcial by Terry Wallace and just another coach who with no answers who embarrasses the club. I heard Gary March speak recently and apart from the fact he read of a piece of paper word for word and in monotones he spoke about how its time to deliver blah blah blah. I am not sure who wrote the speech but he looked very uncomfortable reading it. It sounded like it was written by the same person who wrote Clinton's " I did not have sexual relations with that woman speech "
The reason for his announcement of 2011 is that TW has finally realised that every player in our team must perform or will be definately kicked out at year end.
Just looking at his negative facial expression says it all and this is the year where even players that are hard to get rid of such as Brown, Richo and J Bowden might face elimination.
The time has come for our club to think from the head and not the heart.
I've already started accepting this season as a hope of failure because even a 2 year old can see that we are no where near a finals team so it's best we keep finishing low for the draft, and after a quarter of a century of failure, I literally don't care which players go.

2011 is a fair enough for me. I really reckon we are hopeless. It's time to bite the bullet and be honest with our players. If they're over 26 then pick your club and we do a deal to get you a trade there.
Hawthorn have done it and we should too.
Players like Richo, Brown, Sugar, Bowden, Gaspar, Tivendale are not going to get near a GF at Richmond. We should let them know that and leave the next move up to them. Stay and develop the kids or leave for a shot at the title.

I agree, a win in rd2 would erase tonights loss to some extent
