Do not draft a single player with substandard skills. Not one. It doesnt matter what his 20 metre sprint is or how big they are.
Missing goals rips the guts out of the team and lowers their morale.

Midfielders turning the ball over leads to goals against. In the recent game when we turned it over the ball went straight over our heads to forwards who were lining up to kick an easy one.

Backmen who turn the ball over almost guarantee goals to the opposition and more over it kills the ball movement.

Port Adelaide as an example. They value skillful players above others and they were able to make the Grand Final.

Is this a good approach? Maybe a ruckmen as an exception? Thoughts?
 
This is our stated policy, Lon it's just that we don't do it and to add insult to injury trade good choices.

It's that we contradict our policy that is the reason somebody's gotta go.
