Jade has had a very good side at the Burgers on a few occassions this year and they have failed to deliver.

Agree he is a likeable guy and comes across well bujt that may all change if he suffered a couple of crushing defeats etc.

i think what you'll find is that Jade has been given direction by the football department and the club in general. He is carrying his job out very well. :clap
