Shine on you crazy diamond?? Why does society put such average mortals on to a pedestal?

Here was a young man who chose a lifestyle that meant he was basically unemployed by 30 and who lived in a quiet English village for his last 30 years basically doing nothing because he was dependant on mind altering substances.

I found Pink Floyd depressing musically. I find this story atypical of the earliest forms of marketing driven commercialised music.

I care far more for talented young people who never get the opportunities that are wasted on such self-indulgent wankers.

Whelan is pretty sure to start on Brown tonight, but Browny should be reassured by the fact that very few Richmond players have left the MCG with serious leg injuries in my memory (can only think of Newman and Free). The worst ones almost always seem to happen elsewhere.

Well,"talented young people "should learn to become guitar virtuosos and that a chord consists of 3 notes or more....... ;D

Was disgusted by people booing Matthew and some of the ordinary comments called out to him in the first quarter. Browny's injury wasn't his fault and to me that kind of behaviour is no different to the yobbos comments to Newmo that Terry took exception to. Unfortunately every team has them, us included as indicated last night.
