Hi all, well if ya like me you'd be thinking Christmas has come early at Tigerland.... the minute I heared tht we got BC I took off for Punt Rd, and to my amazement as I wlked to the ground and over the hill towards it, there mustve been 5-6 others doing the same thing.... I went to the office and shook Tony greenbergs hand and said to him that on behalf of all Tiger fans , thankyou....can you please tell the Tiger board, TW and anyone that had a hand in this Thankyou for having the courage to HAVE GO..... he thanked me and said, yes he would...
I walked to the membership area and the phones were going off the hook....a guy at the counter bought 6 memberships and the one behind him told me he ws getting 4...his wife wanted to start going....
I walked out onto the terrace and watched the young guys doing some light stuff and thought to myself, "geezzz these guys will be so pumped".and they genuinely looked very upbeat....
Then I heared there was a press conference upstairs....I said to Steve...a guy I'd never met before today, lets go up and have a listen.....it was packed....there was Newy,CC and TW......it went for about 20 minutes and it ended with applause all round.....
Bloody fantastic.....they are training at 9am tomorrow, nd I think Im gonna have a sickie.....
