Richo is my favourite player of all time and i love nothin more than to see him kick a bag of goals so my mates would shup up about him bein a sook

I wasn't sure if it was normal for Richo or anything, but i thought that for a bloke who did kick 9 the other night he did a lot of carrying on to him team mates when they didnt kick the ball to him everytime.

Im not sure, but i guess it stood out to me more than it usually does, probably more than it does when he has a bad game

i was just wonderin if anyone else noticed

when you are marking everything that is coming your way & you are red hot on the night, then you would demand the footy even more. He knew he was too good for Bradley & wanted to exploit it for everything he could. He had worked his ring off to make the position for the pass & they stuffed it up or took the wrong option. When he is playing like that, just keep kicking it to him.

I dare say lots of us noticed but do we care???? No, 'cause he won the game of his boot so I dont give a stuff about how Richo Man carried on. He's always done it and always will so what's your point?

A bit hard to judge from Richo. His body language could lead observers to perceive things that are far removed from actual reality.

I didn't notice too much carrying on but sometimes the players need a bomb for not taking the correct option or honouring good leads. If all players have a work rate half as good as Richo's Richmond would dominate the league.

Gee the big fella was awesome...what an experience for the young kids to witness his greatness. I can't wait till I get a chance to watch the replay. :clap

Reckon we should just enjoy a performance like that rather than look for a negative to tease apart.

I cant wait to see browny back on the forward line and firing next year along with the big fella.

Fair call! Let the bombers back in the game when he wouldnt pass the ball even when he was 60 out , I know he was hot and I love the big fella, but there no I in team and he should remember that. Also, noticed a bit of lairising with J Bowden again in the 2nd qtr that let them get a run on. Not good enough if we want to be a good side. Lets set the tone. Go Tigers 2007

I agree Richo recognised that he had Bradley on toast, and so rightly demanded the ball, as he was on fire. But he did unecessarily sook up a bit.  The big man's gotta remember that he's no longer the sole option up forward.  Frawley's one dimensional game plan of "kick it long to Richo" is gone.   Under the Wallace regime we have multiple targets up forward.

I agree quiet one, but invariably, when they did ignore him, he was usually in the best position & we ended up coughing it up - that is when Richo would give them a spray. ;)

I think the fans said it all when the Tiges started chipping the ball around (both Tigers and Essendon fans I think, booing), I think they all wanted to see the big lug kick ten.

Even Chris Hyde seemed peeved at one stage, very frustrating to see and I think it was worse at the ground, not as noticeable on the telly IMO.

The person I was sitting next to kept saying things like don't spit it Richo and keep running and chasing, well I reckon if he did any more he would have collapsed. He is a work horse, and I think it is underestimated how much work goes into what he does, I would probably spit it to if I had worked so hard for little (well 9 goals isn't little, but he could have had Wallsys 16 goals) reward...

vent over..... :P :blah

All I will say is the RFC is blessed to have him irrepsective of any short comings and anything to the contray is ludicrious.

Thats because we still dont know how to use him. They kick to him on the wing 100 metres from goal, but when he is one out on a player like bradley in the goal square, they dont kick it long to him.... I dont blame him if he cracks it occationally ... I would to.

I love him too.

So does kevin Sheedy.

kev recently watched Richo kick 6.9

kev said richo is a wonderful player

kev has the no 1 draft pick in his clutches too

and in this contact sport Richo will be 32 next year.

If this situation was finance i wonder what a stockbroker would advise

8)

How could you possibly know what Frawleys game plan was. The players never did ;D :hihi

He's brilliant. My highlight (on this theme) was when he was about 10 metres behind Bradley and and he was screaming for them to kick it to him (over the top). (You wouldn't pick this up on the telly but we had a great vantage from the top of the Southern Stand)

... The only problem was the ball was on the wing, and I don't know if even Brendan Goddard's kick would have got to Richo. He just wants the pill. What a legend.

If you work your but off like the bid fella.Run your guts out to make position and get ingored.surly waving your arms up isnt staking on a turn to much.
