Great posts, especially by swarm. Despite Sunday night, my daughter also wants a new jumper to wear to the next game. However it's exactly for this reason that as members, we must demand change at the club in many areas so that improvements are achieved. As mentioned in the Herald-Sun article this morning, we are with this club for life and its now time to create something far better for our kids to be emotionally devoted to as we are.
Perhaps the best thing to come out of Sunday night is for all Richmond supporters to stop wallowing in what is bad about the club and get together and create/support solutions. I for one, never want to revisit the horror that was Sunday night.
In the past 17 years, I've witnessed the two biggest defeats in club history. In 17 years time, I want to be able to tell stories to the grandkids of the bad times as well as how the club resurrected itself to again become a powerful force and won it's 11th and 12th premierships.
