Tomorrow night will be my last attendance at a game until the last game at the G, end of August.

Why?? Because we are taking off for warmer climes, eg., sunny downtown Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Not sure why I am doing this, as I will miss seeing the Tiges in action, and what's more will probably not hear much AFL news up there. Bloody Rugby, or Throwball, whatever you call it. Where we are staying has Foxtel, but would hazard a guess not the footy channel.

Please PRenders, give a cheer for my lovely woman and I when we win the next few games....We live in hope!!!

Will most likely have a little look at PRE from an internet cafe from time to time, just to get a Tiger "hit."

Cheer them on boys and girls, and who knows we may just catch up with one or two of you at the cocktail party. Have arranged to meet Andy and friends, and don't know if Rosy is going.

Thank you for the note mb64. Must have given the wrong impression. We are not moving, just having a well earned holiday.
 
I went to Dunk Island last year in the middle of the season and they too had Foxtel. Foxsports1 was the sports channel they had and if it was this year I would have been able to see the mighty Tiges! Unfortunately it was last year and I got to see squat because all there was was rugby! Hope they do the right thing by you.

Is this an extended holiday or is it permanent?

Thanks also RROFO. It is a nice long holiday. First one in 9 years. 7 weeks of heaven methinks. I did go to Texas, USA, last year, but that was hard work, and no holiday, believe me. Also no Aussie Rules news in any shape or form.

If Foxsports 1 is the go at the Apartments in Maroochydore, where we are staying, then we will get to see the odd game or two, just like here. God, I hope so. I hate missing the Tigers, but I do need that break so badly. My darling partner is also very excited, and she is busy packing just about the whole house.

However, as I said, please cheer them on for me. All my beautiful woman wants to do, is meet Richo on Wednesday night, and tell him what a hero he is, for playing with those horrendous injuries a few weeks ago.
