One thing we've done in the past is have a weekly game report through the eyes of a PREnder. It was wonderful to read the different styles of reporting and it would be great if we could get enough volunteers writers to go ahead with it this season.
It can be in any format, comedy, straight analysis, poem, from the eyes of an opposition supporter (you can do it interested
). You don't even need to have attended the game. It can be written from a perspective of what the taxi drivers are saying, from flicking through the radio stations, from articles in the nespaper. No restrictions really, other than fitting in with the site guidelines.
Any volunteers willing to put their hands up? Feel free to nominate a game while you're at it.
Is there any interest in having the PRE Poster of the Year award again?
We'll have tropical tipping because it's tradition...been around from the start of PRE. Sky has kindly offered to keep tally for us again (or did I imagine that?
).
We'll have the weekly votes for Player of the Year again too. Panthera will be on board again which is great. His analysiseses are a real feature of the site.
