I would suggest to TW that he make -

diggler - chairman of selectors
claw - deputy chairman of selectors

We would have the youngest most inexperiences team in the comp - and our wins to loss ratio would be well out of balance with our percentage being less than 25%. Then by years end we would have 20+ burnt out kids who would be mentally scared for the rest of their football careers - this would guarantee 10 Tiger wooden spoons during the next decade - membership would be at an all time low - corporate sponsorship non-existent  - and in the end we would be traded to another part of Australia - The Tassy Tigers or Sydney's Western Tigers.

In truth I would say -
Terry & co. earn your money and turn this club's on field performances around............

All I would have asked would have been to make each player accountable for one opposition player, regardless of where they went, just follow and compete (fiercely). Too many were prepared to sit off a contest and not do the required defensive running required.

One would have hoped if you recruited a player - and had any faith whatsoever in him - that you'd "go into bat" for him when these decisions were being made, as far as I can see that didn't happen, so what does that say about who should actually take any credit for Tuck being at our club?

I would say TW i can fix this problem within 2 seasons my dear man.

Give us the axe come October and i will do the hard work for you and make the decisions that need to be made in regard to list management resulting in the dispatching of up to another 10 duds then i would give Miller the ass from recruiting and replace him with Scott Clayton.

Recruit footballers with skill and brains.

Then lastly i would tell TW to stop talking so much crap in regard to the club, and putting layers of sugar coated spin over every deficiency , player and poor decision that he, Miller and previous administrations have made and come clean and acknowledge that the hard work has far from been completed.

I'd ask Wallet to leave, offer Mark Harvey the job and start looking for footballers with spine.
I would tell the supporters who would be released at the end of the year now and not play them again.
I would play every draftee and recruit we have taken over the last 4 years and really find out who has got what it takes.

Not a kneejerk at all. 18 months overdue. We've drafted them, about time they show what they were drafted for. The senior list is a joke. If we are going to get belted by playing spineless, inept and disinterested bludgers, give the kids a crack and see what enthusiasm and raw boned adrenalin can do.
