I'd love to see Free and Turner back, oh how I miss Scotty, he was one of very few that kept Dunstall goaless on numerous occasions. Anoth blast fromt he past was Mark "Chocco" Merenda, every game I saw him play he was kicking bags of goals, had some unbelievable skills.

I also remember Dunstall kicking 17 goals with most of them against Scotty Turner.

I would use the wish to take back the draft pick we used on Fiora. We would then have Pavlich! ;D

Hi Mr Russ.

Are you related to any of the Russ's that played for the Richmond Cricket Club in the 70s?

Just getting off the topic briefly. Tony Free's boy lived here in Broken Hill for 9 or 10 years & was in the same year as my daughter. He was a very talented junior footballer & cricketer while living here.He has since moved back to Swan Hill with his mother, where he is still dominating in his age groups. The father son rule would be worth looking at.Phantom,do you know anything about this?

There is our NSW rookie. We have missed all the good ones so let's take a son of gun fora bit of press.

I can tell you here & now SCOOP,not only is young Josh a dead spit of his father,he also play's like his old man!

My genie pops out and I would request ....... don't laugh........

Stewie Maxfield at his best. Hard running, long kicking wingman would be perfect for the modern gaem and he also had a nasty streak in him.

He had everything we lack at the moment.

St Francs in his later career as a CHB/FB he was everything people are hoping Polak will be. Not sure how he would cope with the chopping rule. :hihi

Great Idea.

Someone mention at draft night, and ask about the NSW scholarship.

Were you looking at an old copy of Tigerland rosy? He played 133 (7th most games for Richmond without a final).

Thanks Lee.  :)

I looked it up here.  I assumed (wrongly  :-[ ) that they'd count all games played even if they didn't have the stats.

Should have gone to the trusty Tigers Of Old book rather than search a net site.  No wonder I was surprised. :old

Tony Free by the length of the Flemington straight, he was a fantastic in & under & didn't come any harder at the ball than him in the last 20 years or so. I may of said S.Turner but that would say our midfield is not up to scratch & that just cant be.

Casper, we need more than Richo. why not try for a Richo the second? Hang on, what AM I SAYING! :duh
