I'll volunteer to negotiate player contracts.

We'll be at about 55 per cent of the salary cap overnight. :bash :smash

Not sure who will lobby the AFL to reduce the minimum cap payable figure down from 92.5%.

Scooty, that is not a problem with me believe me. BBC you're being overly generous with the contracts at 55% of the current cap. I'd slash further, clearly there are those that deserve money Cousins, Cotchin, Coughlan, Richardson, Rance, Polo, Jackson, Bowden and possibly just a couple of others, then there's the rest they should all be on a base pay with big incentives for winning. Problem is the AFLPA would never allow Richmond to do such a thing.
 
a whisper from inside the club that ive heard through a third pary is that choco williams will be coaching the tigers in 2010. Done deal apparantley.
 
I'd like to apply for the Football Manager position if its available.
I don't know what it entails is that a prerequisite?
plus I can talk as much sh!t as anyone else on here or currently at the club

But I'm ready, willoing and able
 
i will happily coach for nothing too.
i can take the team from 16th to 15th in 5 years i am sure.

I'm 6ft 3, about 70kgs, couldn't put weight on if I tried, and aint driven or disciplined at all

Just putting my hand up as fitness coach
