Ever the instigator it was interesting to read that Wallace has introduced an incentive based pre season training system.
TW has said the all players will be marked on every training session(gym, track, skills etc.) and those who perform best will be rewarded with a spot in rnd1 of the NAB cup.
Reputations won't count he says and the top 15 who perform best will be guaranteed a game..
Certainly thinks outside the square does TW. A fresh approach to pre-season that's for sure. :fing32
