Indigenous All Stars squad named - No tigers

From the bigpond/AFL site under the broadcast guide for NAB cup:

"Please note that ABC1 will broadcast the AFL Indigenous All-Stars Match from TIO Stadium on Saturday 7 February at 11:20pm local time in each state."

The turkeys only have one NAB cup game listed in the broadcast guide... yep, you guessed it Collingwood v West Coast. When does Eddy take over from Vlad as AFL boss?

yep just checked the herald sun and it says its on 11.20pm ABC1 which is CH2....I had a look on CH2 and clicked on TV guide on the remote and it says 12.18pm on the TV screen, hopefully 11.20pm as seen in the sun...

Only saw the last qr. Ritchie had a few touches and looked OK.

Much stronger in the upper body--but still very surprised to see him selected given his stated difficulties with OP?

I was at the game. The All-stars flogged Adelaide and made them look silly(14.13 (97) to 6.7 (43)). They were just too fast and to slick and played some real champagne footy at times. I went with a mate who was an Adelaide supporter and hated their chip-chip go wide game plan and didn't think they could make the 8 on the back of that performance. The conditions were pretty tough for white southerners however. It was very humid and rained regularly throughout the match. They were also having to chase very quick All-Star backside and looked very worn out by the end of the game. A feature of the All-stars game was their chasing and tackling which constantly put the crows under pressure - they were also harder at the ball usually winning the contested ball.

For the Tiges we had Bling playing. He was OK and maybe got 10 touches in the game time he played - he was on for about half the game. He won the ball in and under the pack in the first qtr shooting out a hand pass. His best piece of play was where he won it from a scimmage on the HFF danced into space and crossed it to the top of the square which resulted in a goal. On several other occasions after this he showed his ability to get into space in traffic and dish off the handpass. In the last he got into space and shanked a shot at goal. A bit of a tune-up game for Bling IMO, not outstanding but solid.

Best players for the All-Stars were: Mattie Campbell (North) and Motlop (Port). Aussie W was dangerous around goal all match too.

I tried to chat to Ritchie after the match. He assured me that the Tiges were in for an exciting year! He was too distracted by photo and autograph hunters for me to be able to be able to get in more than a sentence or two unfortunately.

Seemed to do alot of 'witnessing' for mine.

He was played on the wing and HBF so he wasn't in the thick of the action a lot. Dunno, the game looks different watching live. I would say there was no real stand out player for either side, everyone played cameos really.

Thought Tambling laid some good shepherds and tackles early in the game, used his body well in the physical contests. Didnt see him much in the second half but it was difficult to pick out players at a distance.

The Allstars looked good. Fast, clean hands in the wet and put too much pressure on the opposition.

The crows were terrible. Didn't look like they wanted to compete at all. Didn't handle the greasy conditions well. Would be disappointed at such a poor showing.
One of their young mids came off the ground with a broken collarbone towards the end of the game adding to their misery.

True.No one really dominated.

He looked like he was playing on the wing from the T.V

that Cyril Rioli is a talent fella.;but we already knew that

Man they are all really talented, even the ones you have never heard of like Cruise Gartlett were doing some special things. They are like AFLs version of the Harlem Globetrotters.
