Individualistic Attitude?

There has been talks in the media of late that Richmond has a culture and community full of individuals on and off the field.

On field vs Collingwood we looked very much a bunch of individual, i watched what every player did after they had got rid of the ball, THEY STOPPED! no sheperds or second efforts.
Although vs freo even tho i wasnt there, we seem to have had more space to run and carry the ball(in the direction of the forward line) which is a great sign in the modern game.
thoughts?

also, how would the media feel that richmond OFF field is individualistic?
futrther thoughts?

They are a quiet, introverted bunch.
Either they are picked because of their manner or it is the way they have become.
The lack of success might make them quiet or the club and its environs makes it that way.
They need to care for each other and start talking and believing in each other.

I think that's why Riewoldt should be kept in the team. He brings that extrovert factor - he's loud and boisterous (sp?). The way he grabbed Tambling after his great snap was a sign of the enthusiasm he brings to the team.

We looked switched on from the first bounce on sunday for the first time this year and we definately looked like we were playing together. Hopefully it was Bowdens relegation that may have sparked some fear into the blokes.
