Perhaps next year we supporters need to whip up enough funds, and maybe even find recruiting colleagues in Ireland to enable the club to recruit an Irish Rookie.
It really bothers me we don't have enough money to have recruiters in each state, AND overseas, like some other clubs.
Collingwood nabbing the 'Irish Judd' when we can barely afford some guy from thirds leagues in country vic is making me grumpy.
Is this worth persuing?
Maybe re-directing the rookie club next year to an overseas rookie? (South Africa included?)
