Is anyone going to the International Rules game?

I'm interested to know how much interest Richmond supporters have in the International Rules game.

My interest factor is virtually zero.  I wouldn't be willing to travel several hours to watch it but I might check it out on telly if I remember and, depending how I feel on the night, get into it or turn it off. If Nathan wasn't playing I probably wouldn't bother at all.

For those going there is a 50% off discount for Club Members making the price $12.50* rather than the normal $25#.

Interestingly, my interest is about the same as you Rosy, but somehow I've gotten ropped into attending with some guys from work. Never even watched the game before. Hope it's not too bad :-\

It's funny, I went a few years ago and felt out of place. When the boys tackle, the natural urge in you yells out BALL.... Then you realise YOU were the only one ....lol

Haha harry...that sounds like my Dad at the cricket jumping up and cheering a wicket one Boxing Day. He was the only person at the G who didn't realise it was a no-ball. I think what he had in his bottle of creamy soda might have had some affect on his over the top reaction. Talk about embarrassing. ;D

NO.

Would have gone if Richo was playing though, and will also only watch on TV to see the Weeble!

Ditto.
Good to see that some reporters covering the game/training sessions etc do their research. On 10 News last night, the reporter was going on about how the indigineous players would show their foot skills, while the footage was showing Rodan and his fancy footwork ::)
