Just an interesting observation from todays posts, articles, conversations etc....
Is it a bad thing to be saying "Good job", "Well done" etc...given the outcome of the year? Given the early year ladder position etc....should we instead feel rightly dissappointed?
To develop this often chanted winning culture do we NOT thank the club for it's efforts and show the players that mediocrity is no longer an acceptable and praised level.
It's a tough one....would this break spirits or would it steel resolve to improve....I like thanking the guys...but you can only say thanks for near enough so many times.....
