Is it our fault?

My opinion is NO, it is not.

Listening to SEN on the way home from work tonight, there were a few very interesting statements made.

Big clubs expect results fast..........I think.........true I think we do. but we also expect things to be done properly.

This is why Terry tried to get fast results with recycled players.........I think...........Terry tried to get fast results to stroke his own ego.

Richmond fans will have to be patient..........I think.............No comment............. In the 6 years I have been involved in this forum i would say 95% of you people have been hoping and screaming for development and rebuilding.
Does the RFC honestly think we want fast results? We want long term stability and a strict youth process that should have been adopted as PROMISED at the start of 2005
I for one wish they would have rebuilt properly instead of making the same mistakes over and over again, to try and fluke success in a really small moving window.
Whoever takes over must do a Clarkson and get rid of the muck once and for all.

RFC I have been patient.

I will continue to be patient.

Please do it right first time for once.

Or I will lose patience This is the crunch game, this is the line in the sand, no more excuses, no more chances, I don't care if we lose every game this year, I want the right coach, with the right assistants who recruit and develop the right players.

C'mon Jamo - no it hasnt been our fault as supporters. Alot of factors have gone into the downward spiral of the RFC. Lets hope now the Club can now get our off field team together to move this club into where it should be. With the right leadership , players and game plan this club get back to what is rightfully a top 4 Victorian club.

Good post Jamo. RFC supporters have the patience of Jobe. We just want it done right.

FFS. Harden up Tiges (and smarten up)!

The point I really wanted to make was.

As a supporter I don't feel that I have put pressure on the club and coach to fast track success or a flag.

The majority of posters on pre have been asking for a full re build for years.

Even though we a a small percentage of RFC fans, I am sure that we are a good measuring stick for the masses.

So the excuse that we are the reason the club has tried to be successful over night does not sit well with me.

The word patience is really testing me.

If the next coach does not rebuild properly, I will give up.
