Is Laidley the new Frawley.

Laidley has been a more successful coach but seems to be developing Frawley's recruiting strategy.Last year the Hawks won big time with a trade for Norths first and second round draft picks for an average performer in Thompson.Now according to rumour they have done it again,..a first round pick for Hay..I wouldn't take Hay for base wage.Terry is there some way we can get into this & trade a player for Harris?

I can see the similarities, both over estimating their lists and covering up the cracks with top ups. Laidley can at least coach a bit, whereas Frawley had no idea.
