I have bad memories of the days when Daffy, Campbell, Gale, Knights, and a couple of others ruled the club. Some were on marquee contracts....Some choked on the big stage...Some hated Walls because he tried to take them on an told them some home truths...The Giesh was more compliant - he backed down and allowed the mediocrity to fester....
I don't start stuff like this but a friend of mine that is close to the club informed me that a similar clique is ruling this group - complaining about the coach; complaining and backstabbing players that are and are not getting a game; moaning about what players are getting paid and contract extentions; blaming others for their poor form and so on.
Based on this - our next coach has to do a Blight and get rid of this dead wood. I never thought I would say this but does Richmond need an autocratic coach?
