Dropping Jumping Jack Riewoldt after one game, seems a little hard to me.
Sure, he did not do much, but he did not have much game time either. Wonder how his confidence will be??? I would have thought a new kid with such supposed potential would have been given at least two or three games to find his feet. After all, even AFL druggies get 3 strikes before they are out. The poor devil had to contend with a 60,000 plus crowd roaring it's head off, and at the G of all places. Hardly the time and place to shine first up, is it??
Suppose some will say, the powers that be reckon we are a chance to win this game, so have brought in *smile*. Well, maybe we will win and maybe we won't. Does not make any difference, one way or the other as we are not going anywhere this year. If we win, then the critics of the club might give them some respite from criticism, but I would prefer to see future youngsters given a fair chance to show what they have to offer.
