So the Aints have Essendon, North Melbourne and Melbourne to go. Does anyone seriously think they will lose any of them?
It looks like the footy Gods are making it all up to the club with the most miserable historical record in one glorious season. They lost their first 48 games, have the most wooden spoons, and have won only one flag and that by a lousy point. Now it looks like they will be the first club ever to go through a season undefeated.
Question is ... will they do a Collingwood of 1928 and follow up an undefeated home and away season with a finals loss before clinching the flag, or will they win the whole shooting match, or will they mess it all up?
Finals should be interesting for them.
