Honestly I believe he could be a top 5 Ruckman if he stuck with it. Let our new forward line develop which will include Schulz, Reiwoldt, Hughes and Pattison. Richo and Simmonds could rotate through the Ruck and the forward pocket if required. He may not be the best tap ruckman but he would dominate around the ground.

Richo has 2 to 3 years left so let him run free!
