This season is slowly turning into one that I've seen previously many times. For the first 6-8 rounds we play our hearts out, for a few narrow losses and a couple of thrashings. Hopes are high and morale is good, even the football is good at times, but slowly heads drop and we become mediocre again when we can't get over the line.
To me, this is now another typical Richmond year. We won't make the 8 and those supporters calling for list changes will get howled down as "not really supporters".
So I'm calling all you Brightsiders, Flowersniffers and even those Darksiders seeing something positive, please explain to me why this isn't just another Richmond bubble that's burst.
It certainly feels like one.
