God bless him............at least here is an example of someone wanting to WIN at all costs....so whats the problem....this feeble theory of protecting leads and just playin keepings off or wanting to win emphatically(to those who dont understand there is such a thing as the oxford dictionary)

look at the 1980 and 1982 stats for scores kicked ....
Thats where the club has got to go back to school....
and...remember the defensive strategy...
LONG KICKOUTS
Roost the ball so far so that the opposition has to have 2 kick to get it in there again.....
Remember Dicky Clay?How long he kicked?
And he used to kick goals too!
hey lets re-invent the culture that made Richmond the most despised,hated,and envied team in the competition!
And how do we do that?

i whole heartedly agree about the kick outs, myself and friends have been talking about this. Last year when we were going well Newman opted several times to roost the ball into the centre of the ground from kick outs. It worked well made the opposition think twice about where he was going to go with the ball. This year however i can only remember once, and that was last week.

Gameplan??? Who knows???
