Best wishes young fella , and a speedy and full recovery.

AV malformations are not as uncommon as some would think and a major cause of brain bleeds.

Some will go their whole life without knowing they have one until it plays up.

I know it's private matters and not football related, but anyone know the latest on Higgo?

Let's win this one tonight for him.

Very surprised we haven't heard how Higgo's surgery went, maybe it was deferred?

From the RFC website:

Jack Higgins
"Jack went into surgery last Thursday and had the procedure done. He’s been in hospital over the weekend recovering and today he was released from hospital and he’s back home. Now it’s about the recovery process and we’ll have an update on that over the next couple of weeks once our doctors have met with his specialist."

Great to hear.

Back training with his personal running coach Bohdan Babachek

That's really good and encouraging news.
He won't leave any stone unturned in his rehab and will be chaffing at the bit when he is allowed to train at full tilt.
He will be spewing that he's not part of the September action this year, given he would have believed he was close last year to having a premiership medallion swinging around his neck.
Travel well, young fella.

Health wise, he's looking good on his instagram. That's the part we all want to see.
