What would the ranking be on goal average (say min of 35 goals) ?
there seems to be a lot of key forwards down this year.
Generally lower on goal average as Jack rarely misses games.

Reckon he's got a few more years in him. More run and spring in his legs than Lynch.

Needs space, like any forward. Has been asked to drag the ball to ground with 16 blokes hanging off him.

Chol drifting in to create space and draw opponents away could be the tonic Jack has been crying out for.

Yep. No coincidence that when we finally play three talls (as some of us have been calling for all year) Jack kicks six and we beat a top four side.

Imagine what our forward line could do with a half fit midfield!

Yep. No coincidence that when we finally play three talls (as some of us have been calling for all year) Jack kicks six and we beat a top four side.
Helps they were missing 2 first choice key defenders and he got a real novice.
regardless he was fired up to play well and did. We would not have won without that performance.

He got Lester, a 10-year veteran who's beaten him before (according to J.Brown).

(But undersized and not fit to tie Jack's bootlaces IMO.)

Adams played on him earlier this year and after struggling early did well. I can’t recall Lester playing on him in the past. Lester reminds me a bit of the flying pencil - an undersized, useless key defender who got play over 100 games simply being in the right place at the right time.

Yeah, I don't recall Lester doing it either.

Andrews is a good defender to intercept like McGovern.

But he needs a partner to do the donkey work.

Usually that is Darcy Gardiner and or Adams.

With them both out their defence has been exposed for the lack of depth.

With jack and 2 phones floating around they could not cover them off.

Will be different this week with the Moggs with the Cats likely to cover Jack and Tom with Blicavs Stewart Kolodasnij, Henry and Henderson.

Agreed.

Baker, Castagna and Aarts need to play out of their skins and I think they will.
