I missed the start but here is what I can remember:
- Jade is full time.
- The club is open minded to trialling new rules in the NAB cup.
- He is impressed with TW's organisational skills. TW has his finger on the pulse of all aspects of the Club, from the Board to the medical room. TW has very detailed plans including training plans and an annual plan with milestones to achieve each week.
- David King is good at analysing the opposition. Very lateral and open minded. The Club wants to have flexible game plans to adapt to the opposition each week.
- Kane Johnson is a well rounded skipper, commands respect and has impressive interaction with TW (open communication). Kane doesn't seek individual or media attention. Kane is prepared to play the defensive roles in the interests of team success.
