If Rawlings keeps on persisting with the kids and honestly believes the current list is diabolical which in fact it is, then I would'nt hesitate in him continuing next year. I would prefer a Buckley/Hardwick/Rawlings type who can identify and weed out all the hacks or anyone who will not bat an eye lid when delisting/trading those who will not be part of a premiership. It all starts with tonight and can't wait to get to Etihad and support Richmond to an honourable loss with the kids playing. I'm excited as a new era begins and hopefully we can make the most of an opportunity to rebuild over the next couple of years.
