Well it's certainly not there from the w.maggots.
They can't wait to pay a free against him.
Fortunately after getting that free and 50 against him he snagged a couple.
If he hadn't I thought he was going to justifyably blow a fuse.
Said to a mate that this sort of continual ref victimization can play havoc with a players confidence and ultimately wreck careers.
Unless of course you are unbreakable, which Jakey is of course.

We needed a contribution from Jake today. He has been very ordinary this year but he got back today at what he does best and that is forward line pressure and sneaking a few goals home. We really need him to continue this kind of output.

tremendous. Couldn't beleive it when he wasn't paid that great contested mark he took in the centre. The umps hate him, he has to be that little bit better because of it, it sucks. But Kingy was great

His 1st play of the day he fumbled & lost the ball. That was last weeks Kingy.
This weeks, & last years, Kingy came after that & it is a lot better version.
Good game & we need it every week.

I have previously been anti-Jake as I found his efforts frustrating, costly and lacking intelligence. Since he has been ahrnessed by Dimma I have gladly eaten my words
and feel his efforts against the Dawks was probably as significant as anyones int he overall result. He got back to his niggling annoying WTF best, he was udner the feet of packs, running, harrassing, tackling and getting in the faces of other players.

I think his goals were probably more significant than Jacks six pack in that it announced he is working his way back aand he is a vital member of that forward struccture in that he prvieds it with some muscle and grunt.

Why do every weaselly scumbag wimp umpire hate Kingy? ...Perhaps he is the epitome of that school yard bully that used to beat these little turds up for their tuckshop money!

No way that deserved a free kick but Jake was foolish to backchat the ump for the 50m regardless.

Pleasing thing was though his 5-10 burst after the incident was spectacular and he really lifted the side.

His form has been down no doubt but there's no doubting his importance to the team when he plays like he did the other day.
Tremendous.
