I actually thought the move of King to the forward line was worth giving a go. He's quick and generally a good tackler, and therefore I was hopeful he would provide plenty of defensive pressure on the Geelong defenders. I never expected him to kick many goals, although as it turned out he should've kicked one, at least, and his defensive pressure wasn't quite as many may have hoped.French Tiger said:Why on earth was he playing up forward ? we have plenty of smalls and i'd prefer to be playing someone who has the chance of becoming a "quality" small ie. connors, collins etc. than just playing king every week. and he too often gets singled out
trade him at years end for something of more value to us...
