Agree with all the positive posts here. Players like Ackers is just what the game needs. Combines brilliance with a touch of "clown."
Think back to Percy Jones and Jacko. Both clowns, but boy, they could play footy as well. Opposition supporters loved or hated them, but still they helped draw the crowds and promoted our great game. Wish there were a couple more like Ackers.
