Can somebody please tell me what he has done in the last 2 seasons to warrant his spot in the side?
Again showed tonight that he is slow and indecisive.

Players like Jay lead other youngsters down the wrong path.
Leave him out of the damn side and rotate Collins/Post/Pattison in his place.
