Jeff White's injury

Yes I'm sure you're right ToO. Its easy for me to be an armchair critic, especially when its a sickening clash and there's blood involved. But it is finals footy after all and the focus is on winning now more than ever. In hindsight, I'm sure he didn't realise how bad it was eat the time either.

I went along to Geelong and Melbourne, and sitting in the top level in the MCC I was right above the incident. As the ruck contest began, neither player got contact to the ball as hit the ground before they could, proceeding that; (Steven) King hoisted his leg up at full force as an attempt to make contact with the ball. As King was attempting a fresh-air kick, White was leaning slightly forward and introduced his face to Steven King's lower leg.

A report, suspension and/or fine would be totally wrong and unnecessary; as King clearly attempted as kick at the ball which ended in a horrific accident.

Good on White for doing this. Says a lot about him and should put the issue to rest.

I would of thought so as well ToO but after seeing a incident from Fox Footy Central tonight again involving King maybe he needs to be alot more careful with his boots. This time he the ball went behind him and he tried to kick the ball with the back of his boots like a horse bucking and nearly took out a Swans player head. Disturbing to say the least......
