JR??

I said a while ago that he's being asked to do too much too soon, and I got howled down.

He's really not up to holding down a KP for us yet, he's too small. He is intelligent though, and will be a decent forward, if we don't let him get infected...

I don't buy this he's too small stuff. He's actually taller than his cousin who easily holds down a KP, so it's not height that's the issue.

I'm not talking about his height, I'm talking about his weight/strength.

He's not going well ATM but once again, who at Coburg can do better? I think his footy smarts will win over when his body is ready to compete, but he needs plenty of strength work before that happens.

I think that maybe JR isnt working hard enough, but our ball use from half back is appaling. There appears to be no space to lead becuase our players do not clear space in front of our leading forwards and the stuffing around with the ball across half back and the middle means that our forwards have no confidence or idea on when to make a lead that has half a chance of being rewarded.

Our game plan is responsible for making many of our players look like worse footballers than they actually are. This is why Terry has to go - because his method has not worked and there i no way a coach in his fifth year can instil the changes required to reinvigorate this team.
