Terry said words to this effect following the shambles in round 1. Not the real Richmond he indicated.
Well, we are now 3 weeks into his "next month" with only North to go. Fair to say that the judgments are likely to be critical. no amount of spin will hide the fact that we are a mess and miles away from where he thought we were.
What will he do? If he isn't going to walk, then I hope to god he gets the players playing a more direct, man on man type of game- throws out his existing gameplan (whatever that is) and gets games into the kids. Teach them accountability and the value of good old fashioned hard work. Be merciless on those who do not follow the rules and who let the side down and give the new coach something to work with.
For once Terry, please consider the longer term future of this club, rather than the short term as you have done for the previous 4 and a bit years.
