What's the big deal? It's just a marketing ploy and if it brings cash into the coffers then who cares? We've played pre-season and 'clash' games without the sash. It might be a celebration of the club but its also just another game. It's still the Tigers and you can still sing "yellow and black" if we win.
Whats all the freaking out about the design? The design is 100 years old, its not like the marketing dept can get their hands on a Delorian to request an improvement.
Its a once off to celebrate 100 years in the AFL for us. Nothing wrong with remembering out past and celebrating it. Like it or not, the vertical stripes are a part of our history.
