I've seen a few comments over the past couple of days saying that we aren't any good at developing our juniors.
I'm curious, if that is the case, why are GC17 so keen at getting McCrae, our Junior Development coach? Surely he should be responsible if this is the case.
Is he overworked, given how many young guys on our list? Is he really only good at working with the small/mids and not so much with the KPP?
And if we are bad at working on our juniors, who has been the ones responsible for our improvement this year?
Moore? Deledio? Richo? Brown?
