Planning would be well under way for the PREtend Cup. There seems to be a real air of expectation that things are chaging for the better at Tigerland and finals next season is more of a possibility than it is just wishful thinking.
Given that how important do people think it is to do well in the pre-season comp? Would our emphasis be on winning and hopefully attracting members and sponsors with an exciting start or should we treat it more like a training session for the real thing?
I'm opting for experiment with players and positions while trying to be very competitive. A winning culture can be infectious and I'd love to see the players have a win under their belts before we flog Carlton in Rd 1.
